Personal Traveling Butler

Description:

A Traveling Butler is needed for a brand new home in Dubai. Household is brand new but lots of Luxury decorations and expensive clothing – specialist knowledge of all if this is essential. The Principal move in October so want someone in place by then.

Must be European Passport holder for easy travel Worldwide.

It is a smart home so prior knowledge of systems is also essential.

Staff: 4 full time housekeepers, 1 butler, 1 waiter, governess, EA and 2 security. There is also a concierge service in the building which operates 24/7 who they can work with and utilize.

Duties involve:

* Main duty is keeping up the standards of housekeeping and service and managing staff – exceptionally high standards.

* Traveling with Principal to Europe and Worldwide.

* Implement procedures and compile a household manual.

* Keeping the household fully stocked

* Overlook table settings and formal/informal service – including teaching the housekeepers and waiters.

* Greet guests.

* Principal usually away for business trips, so making sure that maintenance/deep cleaning etc is scheduled and supervised for these periods.

* normally He have dinner parties before going out. The HM will stay late for these occasions and can bring in temp butlers if it is a larger affair.

* Cigar knowledge is a HUGE plus as there is a cigar room and the male principal is passionate about it.

* Driving license advantage but not at all essential, same as flower arranging.

* Ideal candidate is fun, easy going, likes working for a family, adaptable, flexible’.
