Qualifications / Skills / Requirements: experience in a sales/ customer service and as a manager (and ideally in the fitness or wellness industry) is very important. Professionalism (attitude, client service, punctuality) as well as problem solving skills with any new issues that arise either in the studio or with customers. With excellent written and spoken English (this is a 100% must).

Tasks: Responsible for opening & closing; booking system & POS management; customer queries and studio introduction; customer engagement (responding and reach out over WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.); sales (explaining the studio & offering, selling to clients); managing other admin staff and cafe area; and general admin assistance.

Salary range / monthly : Monthly salary is a range between 10,000 - 12,000 AED depending on experience 

Commissions: commission based on the studio’s performance of 2,000 AED(if monthly targets are reached).
