Piling Supervisor

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Piling Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of piling operations on construction sites. The Piling Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and directing piling activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate piling crews, equipment, and materials on construction sites

· Ensure that piling operations are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies

· Monitor and inspect piling work to ensure quality and accuracy

· Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate piling activities

· Train and mentor piling crew members to ensure that they are skilled and knowledgeable in their roles

· Maintain accurate records of piling activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and equipment maintenance logs

· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during piling operations

· Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure that piling work is integrated seamlessly with other project tasks

Requirements:

· 10 years of Proven experience as a Piling Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry

· Strong knowledge of piling techniques, equipment, and materials

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
