This Job offer is for experienced pizza chef / pizzaiolo / pizzaiola (male or femle)

We have remaining x1 position in new opening business bay pizzeria.

I am currently looking to recruit below positions with some vibrant characters:

Ideal candidate - Experienced Pizza Chef (minimum 3 years of experience with traditional neapolitan style pizza, wood fired oven - preferably Italian national)

• Technical dough preperation knowledge
• High hydration dough skills 75% +
• Knowledge about various pizza styles and fermentation methods
• available to join immediately
• preferably located in UAE
• HACCP knowlegde
