As a Platform Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing middle-platform operations. This includes analyzing platform data, developing operational strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processes. What You’ll Do:
1️⃣ Data Analysis & Strategy
- Collect, organize, and analyze platform data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize performance and address potential issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive user growth, retention, and engagement.
2️⃣ Operational Efficiency
- Collaborate with technical teams to design tools and systems for better efficiency.
- Optimize workflows and refine processes to achieve operational goals.
3️⃣ Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, technical, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support marketing initiatives, including event planning and performance tracking.
4️⃣ User Feedback & Reporting
- Manage user feedback, resolve issues, and maintain strong user relationships.
- Generate regular reports on operations, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights for senior management.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in middle-platform operations, ideally in blockchain or tech sectors.
- Proven track record of optimizing operations in dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in operational tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
