Description:

Our client, a prestigious organization within the arts and culture sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Corporate Communication Executive. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the organization's public image, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and supporting the overall communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the organization's image and reputation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, and influencers.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
  • Organize press conferences, media events, and interviews to promote key initiatives and events.
  • Create and manage high-quality content for various communication channels, including newsletters, website, social media, and internal communications.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms and materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and disseminate content that supports the organization’s objectives.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase online presence and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels and manage responses to inquiries, comments, and messages.
  • Analyse social media performance and provide regular reports on engagement metrics.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Assist in the preparation of speeches, presentations, and reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of communication efforts with organizational goals.
  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and other public-facing activities.
  • Manage communication aspects of events, including promotional materials, media coverage, and post-event follow-up.
     

Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
 

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and public relations practices in the UAE.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
