Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Pre-owned Cars Sales and Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire process of buying and selling pre-owned cars, from sourcing vehicles to closing sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- To take care of end to end process of buying used cars, find buyers and then selling it to them at a profit.
- Identify and procure pre-owned cars through various channels such as auctions, trade-ins, private sellers, etc.
- Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of pre-owned vehicles to determine their condition, market value, and potential profitability.
- Develop effective marketing strategies to promote pre-owned cars and attract potential buyers. Negotiate sales terms and close deals with customers to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, including titles, registrations, and transfer documents, are completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Analyze market trends and pricing strategies to maximize profitability on each sale. Implement pricing adjustments and promotions as needed to optimize sales performance.
- Streamline and optimize processes related to pre-owned car sales, including logistics, financing, and after-sales service, to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of AED 3000 per month, plus profit commission based on sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales, with a focus on pre-owned cars.
- Should be in Dubai and have own visa.
- Must have UAE market experience.
- No other benefits provided.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday as per business requirements.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
