Presales Engineer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer located in Dubai. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting presales activities, and integrating solutions. The day-to-day tasks include assisting with product demonstrations, conducting technical presentations, collaborating with the sales team, creating solution designs, and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent Presales knowledge and expertise to drive the distribution of vendor products optimally and professionally covering all necessary expectations of customers

· Excellent Cybersecurity understanding and hands-on experience in working on products like NextGen Firewalls & Endpoints, EDRs, DLP, PAM, SIEMs & HCI solutions

• Should have strong networking knowledge & understanding of routing/switching. Having a CCNA and/or CCNP is a plus
• Excellent Cybersecurity understanding and hands-on experience in working on firewalls, UTMs, NextGen Endpoints, EDRs, and NDR solutions
• Conduct successful POCs/Demos at the customer site
• Work on vendor RFI/RFQs and tender responses
• Make HLD and LLD designs and customer handover documents
• Able to present all Vendor products technically when and where needed
• 70% Of this role is Pre-Sales and 30% is Post sales where you will be doing PS deployment at customer sites
• Excellent technical product presentation skills.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Certifications on products like Sophos, Sangfor, Safetica, and PRTG or all equalling are preferred. Additionally, any certification in SIEM solution is a plus
• Minimum 5-7 years of field experience in the above areas mentioned
• Should have a minimum of a BSc computer degree or higher
• Can be able to travel within the region for activities when needed
• A driving license is a must.
