The Autodesk CSM leverages a combination of account management experience, AEC industry knowledge, business acumen and product knowledge to help Autodesk's customers transform to realise business value and gain competitive advantage.

Responsibilities
 

  • You will be accountable for post-sale account management and focusing on adoption growth , value and customer sentiment
  • You will be accountable for the post sale customer success plan and strategy working with an extended account team (including Sales, Consulting, Product + Strategy)
  • You will utilise your core skillsets in Programme, Value and Change Management to maximise impact and business value to your customers
  • You will build meaningful relationships with sponsors within a select group of names accounts (from key users, Digital Leads to CXO)
  • You will create and maintain Enterprise Customer Success documentation including : Success Planning, Value Management Plans, Salesforce reports, Quarterly Business Reviews and customer sentiment action planning
     

Minimum Qualifications

You will have either :
 

  • A minimum 5+ years in working in customer-facing organizations
  • Experience collaborating within globally, matrixed organisations
  • Motivated and integrity focused with empathy for customers and passion for delivering customer outcomes
  • You must be willing to travel (20-30%.)
