Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt Certification

Continuous improvement methodologies Kaizen, 5S, VSM, TQM

Successful process improvement programs leading to process efficiency, Cost reduction

Statistical Process Analysis Tools usage Control charts, Histograms, Pareto Charts, Fishbone Diagrams, Stratification, Process Flows

Data Analysis, Business Analysis

Responsibilities

Process Analysis and Improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements. Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Data Driven Decision Making Utilize data analytics to assess process performance, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for optimization.

Project Management Lead process improvement initiatives, manage project timelines, and ensure successful implementation of changes.

Change Management Facilitate organizational change by communicating process improvements, training employees, and ensuring smooth transitions.

Metrics and KPIs Develop and track key performance indicators KPIs to measure process effectiveness and monitor progress.

Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, gather feedback, and align process improvements with business goals.

Training and Education Train employees on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Continuous Learning Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Masters preferred

Certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification

Experience Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in process improvement, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment
