Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Specialist to join our procurement team. This role will primarily focus on sourcing and acquiring IT and stationery supplies essential for the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in procurement processes, strong negotiation skills, and an understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for IT and stationery products to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and manage stock to prevent shortages.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contracts within the procurement system.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance metrics to management.
