What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible to work on the development and deployment of new Retail Asset products (PL and Mortgages) introduced by the bank
- Responsible to create, enhance and design digital journeys that will provide most seamless ad frictionless digital on boarding experiences
- Ensure collaboration with stakeholders to identify, prioritize and design processes with an objective for digitalization, simplification and rationalization in order to achieve high standards of service and low cost of acquisition
- Review the profitability of Retail Asset products and recommend changes when necessary to improve competitiveness and increase profitability
- To maintain a competitive edge in the market on product initiatives while ensuring adherence to Bank’s policies, ethics and code of conduct
- Develop effective campaigns in order to leverage the product effectively across all sourcing channels
- Effectively manage, analyze and use data to implement effective solutions/ campaigns to improve overall business
- Responsible to formulate and implement strategies to manage the entire lifecycle of a customer through policies, processes and system solutions across all channels and stakeholders
- Formulate strategies for delivering business goals based on analysis and forecast s of the real Responsible to manage portfolio attrition by controlling movement of mortgage/Personal loans to other financial institutions and maintain the Asset book at the set budget levels with minimal impact on yields
- Ensure appropriate operational procedures and controls are in place within credit and operational risk appetite framework
What You Should Have
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ banking experience, out of which 3 years’ in Personal Loan/Mortgage products sales
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to think logically and provide timely inputs for any variations in business objectives and assist business in ensuring processes are regularly reviewed in order to ensure the bank and customers interests are maintained at all times in the changing competitive strategy and economic environment
- Ability to maintain high levels of interpersonal relationships with the Sales teams, policy team, credit underwriting , and operations team
- Support and assist Head of Product finalize Service level agreements, process changes, controls & operating procedures related to Assets
