Flow Talent is working with a leading bank who are hiring a Product Manager for their Abu Dhabi office.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Lead the development of crypto-related products and services.
- Develop strategies and processes to onboard clients from VASPs, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing support of crypto products.
- Ensure that all products and services meet the regulatory requirements and international standards for VASPs.
- Continuously monitor and analyse the activities of competitors and adjust the strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats in the cryptocurrency space, staying informed about the latest industry trends and regulatory changes.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Must have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and financial markets.
- Experience in the UK market or countries excelling in the crypto business is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local and international regulations pertaining to VASPs and cryptocurrencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
