Description:
This role is responsible for analyzing merchandise sales and planning a store’s inventory accordingly. To review and execute an allocation plan & and adapt it to what’s yielded by the sales. Complete ownership for Stock Consolidation, Stock Replenishment & creating Range plans to maximise profit of the Brand/Collection and building and driving Merchandising best practices. The role is also key to driving cross-functionality across key departments.

Principle Accountabilities:
- Stock Consolidation: Complete ownership to have right stock in right time and in right place.
- Stock Consolidation: Stock Replenishment Range Architecture NOOS Product Sell Out Purchase Plan Terminal Stock AnalysisComplete ownership to monitor the Sales & Stock performance and ensure timely Replenishment to achieve Sales Targets.
- Placing Replen Order: Ensure to place timely orders considering the lead time (from order placement to stock arriving in stores) and to avoid NOOS situation.
- Reports: Prepare regular reports to analyse Sales & Stock performance & action plan accordingly (including Sellout performance, actuals vs Targets, etc.) and review with Planning Manager.
- Communications: Constantly communicating with cross functions (Logistics, DC & QC, Finance, IT) & Product Team to ensure all teams are aligned with regards to stock arriving in store on time.
- Range Architecture Planning: Prepare analysis & review with Planning Manger to maintain right balance of Sales & Stock mix by Brand/Collection by market.
- Price Architecture – Prepare analysis & support Planning Manager in reviewing with Product, Retail & Finance team during selection / deselection of product by Brand by collections (taking into account our Discounts & Budgeted Margins).
- MD strategy: Support Planning Manager to prepare markdown strategy by collection to set Full price, Markdown and Promotional Activity margins.
- Inventory Management: Prepare summarized Inventory by Age Analysis for our further review and analysis with Planning Manager.
- Analysis: Analyse and manage the stock levels
