Description:
As Product Manager for our Data Center and Structured Cabling products based in Dubai, you will drive the development and growth of our products on a global scale. Your main responsibilities are:
- Developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring that our products meet (and exceed) global market demands and customer expectations.
- Collaborating closely with the R&D team, leading the product planning, development, and release processes to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Monitoring global industry trends and technological developments, understanding competitor products and dynamics, providing market analysis and competitive intelligence to guide product optimization and innovation.
- Working closely with the sales team to develop sales support and training plans, providing product knowledge and technical support, and assisting in achieving sales targets in various regions.
- Gathering customer feedback and market demands from different regions, continuously optimizing product features and user experience, and enhancing product competitiveness and market share globally.
- Preparing product documentation and marketing materials, including product specifications, manuals, presentations, etc., to ensure sales teams and customers worldwide understand product features and advantages.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
- Solid experience in product management for Data Center or Structured Cabling business, with experience in Modular Data Center (MDC) sales preferred.
- Excellent project management and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to solve problems and reach consensus.
- In-depth understanding of the Data Center and Structured Cabling industries, familiarity with relevant standards and technologies, and the ability to provide professional product support and advice to customers worldwide.
- Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis methodology, to guide product development and marketing strategies for the global market.
