The Product Marketing team uses creativity, market research, and insights to optimize and inspire roadmaps for products across Snap Inc. This team of Product Marketers works in a highly collaborative environment to deliver go-to-market efforts and strategies to demonstrate the role that Snapchat plays in the lives of our community and helps businesses grow.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own Snapchat’s solutions for performance marketing. You will use your knowledge of marketplaces, platforms, and products used by Direct Response advertisers, and your understanding of the ad tech industry to properly inform the roadmap, build global go to market strategies, and coordinate ongoing marketing efforts to grow awareness, understanding, and adoption of Snapchat’s solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Partner closely with our Product Management & Sales teams to launch advertising products and grow their adoption in the MENA region.
- Represent products in the markets by setting goals, managing product launches and implementing activations in order to drive adoption. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to monitor product performance.
- Be a recognized Direct Response expert and develop go-to market strategies and plans, including product positioning, narrative, internal communications, and marketing activation strategies
- Work with regional sales team and cross functional team to identify market opportunities and advertisers need
- Drive successful cross functional alignment on go to market strategy & planning and track success metrics accordingly
- Inspire and educate both internal and external teams on Snapchat’s performance solutions for advertisers
- Build frameworks and processes to structure conversations, create & socialize marketing initiatives, and drive alignment across teams and leadership
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Familiarity with performance digital ads competitive landscape, across both web and app environments. Deep understanding of verticals like Retail, e-commerce, gaming.
- Ability to transform complex and nuanced concepts into simple actionable tasks
- Deep knowledge of the MENA markets and its competitive landscape, and deeply understand advertisers needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving skills, complemented by an ability to take initiative, drive progress and work autonomously
- Comfort with ambiguity, dependencies and heavy cross-functional collaboration
- Strong public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to large groups
- Ability to lead market research to identify new opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis, constantly assess the capabilities and value proposition of our ad products via market trends, advertiser feedback and competitive benchmarking.
