Product Owner with Banking Domain(minimum 70% in banking Domain)

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:

 Deep experience in digital product development and marketing ideally in a digital banking environment

 Exceptional problem skills and data-driven product decision-making; may go beyond application of

existing know-how

 Ability to understand product metrics and make decisions based on them

 Experience with designing creative, quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability

and objectives through technology

 Experience in launching a product and managing a live product

 Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence

 Thought leadership and ability to influence at all levels in the organization

Previous Experience

 Minimum 5 to 7 years of total experience in marketing

 Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus

 Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand

 Knowledge of Lean and Agile software development processes
