Description:

This is a full-time on-site Product Technical Engineer role located in Dubai and Abudhabi. The Specialist will be responsible for assessment, survey, presales, implementation, user trainings and support of the application product and device connectivity in multiple and varied clientele environment.

Qualifications

Technical certification in the field of IT.

Strong analytical skills to analyze customer needs and technical environment

Excellent communication skills to present solutions to customers, understand their needs, and communicate effectively with team members in Sales and Business Development.

Bachelor's degree and a certain certification in networking or IT generic.

3+ years of experience minimum in Technical position.

Fluency and command in English is a must. Arabic would be an added advantage.

Should be self motivated and target oriented. The role is KRA driven and supporting sales team targets.
