Production Manager

Our client, a leading high-end joinery company specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke interior joinery is looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to manage the shop floor.

A previously deep and ever-expanding knowledge of luxury materials, finishes and techniques really drive the company to succeed to an astounding level.

Key Duties Joinery Production Manager:

-Responsible for overseeing all operations, ensuring delivery, standards and budgets are met

-Liaison with Project Managers regarding the status of progression

-Quality control of all orders

Ensuring all standards of health and safety are met

-Maintenance of stock levels and workshop inventory

-Ensuring material demands are met in line with orders and requirements for completion

-Development of operational systems to optimise production and quality

-Manage the carpentry team.

Key Skills of a Joinery Production Manager:

-Minimum 5 years' experience within a Joinery Production Manager role in UAE

-Vast knowledge of different joinery materials and knowledge of production/finishing techniques

-The ability to solve technical problems throughout a range of products

-Solid understanding of budgeting, alongside commercial awareness and understanding

-Confident within IT skills

-Management and teams building experience
