Description:
Strategy:
- Develop and execute video production plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- Collaborate closely with the Content Manager, Creative team, influencers, and client to develop video concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-production meetings with influencers or/and clients to outline project timelines and creative direction.
- Oversee the scheduling of shoots, including location scouting, talent casting, and equipment rentals.
- Manage the post-production process, including editing, color grading, sound mixing, and finalizing video content.
- Being on location and set for shoots and filming of all influencer content and channel content.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of video content, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- Oversee the selection and licensing of music tracks, voiceovers, and other supporting multimedia assets.
- Supervise the video production budget, tracking expenses and negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Report on content performance and updates on a weekly and monthly basis.
Leadership:
- Lead and manage the production team, including videographers, editors, and sound technicians to ensure content is being produced based on set strategies and within timelines agreed upon.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in video production, with a demonstrated track record of managing complex projects from concept to completion. Previous influencer marketing experience is preferred.
- An understanding and passion for influencers, influencer marketing campaigns, social media, paid social and content creation.
Skills, Experience & Attributes:
- English and Arabic speaker is a must
- Proficient in video production software and equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound recording.
- Ability to multitask and balance the needs of multiple influencers at once.
- Strong technical knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and ability to create compelling narratives.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and brand partners.
- Strong and Positive Personality
- Ability to manage influencer demands and requests.
- Ability to work with Adobe Creative Suite, Monday.com and other similar tools.
