Production Manager

Description:

We’re looking for a motivated Production Manager to handle our integrated static & digital production services.

We are specialized in outdoor & indoor static & digital productions varying from outdoor media structures to exhibition stands, signages & all forms of structures.

We have our own in-house production & installation teams and have been operating in the U.A.E for the past 20 years.

Job Description:

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls, set & monitor production KPIs
• Recruit, train and supervise production & installation staff
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service

The ideal candidate:

• Has a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience.
• Worked in similar type of companies preferably in the U.A.E
• Understands the legal, safety and engineering processes to follow
• Is preferably an engineer
