Production Manager Expert

Description:

1. Production Management and Optimization

Responsible for the planning, organization and optimization of the production process of the concrete mixing plant, including the control of key links such as raw material ratio, mixing process, and discharging.

Guide the production process of precast concrete components to ensure that the precast components meet the technical and quality requirements of the project.

Optimize production efficiency, reduce material waste, control production costs, and ensure the efficient operation of the production process.

2. Technical Support and Innovation

Research and apply new concrete production technologies and materials to improve product quality and construction process level.

Solve technical problems encountered in the production process and provide effective technical support and improvement plans.

Adjust and develop concrete formulas according to project requirements, and conduct mix ratio tests and performance tests to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

3. Quality Management and Control

Supervise the quality of the production of mixing plants and precast components to ensure that all products meet quality standards and safety requirements.

Organize and carry out testing of raw materials and finished concrete products, record and analyze test results, and take improvement measures.

Regularly review and update quality control processes to ensure that every link of production meets industry standards and company quality management requirements.

4. Equipment management and maintenance

Responsible for the formulation and implementation of daily maintenance and maintenance plans for mixing equipment, molds and other production equipment.

Diagnose and eliminate equipment failures in a timely manner, reduce equipment downtime, and ensure production continuity.

Participate in equipment upgrades and renovations, and propose suggestions for equipment optimization and introduction of new technologies.

5. Safety management and training

Strictly implement production safety regulations and systems to ensure the safety protection of operators and reduce safety hazards.

Periodically conduct technical and safety training for production personnel to improve the team's operating level and safety awareness.

Regularly check the safety status of the production area, conduct safety hazard inspections and rectifications.

6. Cost control and budget management

Develop production budgets, control material, equipment and personnel costs, and ensure that production costs are within the budget.

Analyze cost structure, develop cost optimization plans, and improve economic benefits.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering, materials engineering or related engineering majors.

2.More than 10 years of experience in concrete mixing plant or prefabricated component production, with rich experience in technical management and production management.

3. Familiar with the industry standards and processes for the production of mixing plants and prefabricated concrete components, and have a certain awareness of industry resources and technological innovation.

Language skills:

Fluent English, sufficient for daily communication.
