Description:

1. The workshop supervisor is the main person in charge of the workshop and is fully responsible for the workshop production process, product quality, personnel safety and personnel management configuration arrangements;
2. Responsible for daily administrative management of the workshop, focusing on personnel, equipment and production management;
3. Responsible for the arranging workshop production according to production plan, and ensure quality, quantity, on time to complete the production task;
4. Responsible for the strict implementation of relevant SOP requirements to ensure the control of the entire production process;
5. Responsible for the training of workshop staff;
6. Responsible for developing the post responsibility system and assessment system for staff at all levels of the workshop, and conducting management and assessment according to the approved assessment system;
7. Responsible for reducing production costs and improving economic benefits in the workshop;
8. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual work summary of the workshop;
9. Responsible for regularly organizing technical and economic index analysis meeting of products produced in the workshop, and timely solving problems found;
10. Create daily, weekly and monthly reports;
11. Complete temporary work arrangement from superiors.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above;
2. Specialized training in production management;
3. Familiar with the production, safety, environmental protection and other management procedures of production enterprises, strong leadership, organization, coordination, communication and expression skills, strong sense of responsibility;
4. More than 5 years of work experience in standardized production enterprises, more than three years of experience in production management;
5. Working language is English, knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
