Native Arabic Speakers only.
- Minimum of 15 years experiences as a Project& Program Manager, managing complex projects, preferably in the call center or customer service environments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of call center technologies, customer service best practices, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus and/or any similar project/program management certification is a big plus.
- languages: Should be fluent in both Arabic& English (read, write and speak)
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
