Description:
This role is well-suited for individuals whose previous experience includes:
•Coordinating projects involving multiple parties, including clients and other design disciplines, while also handling design queries and follow-ups.
•Ensuring the successful completion of client scope deliverables.
•Assisting the team in the implementation of lighting solutions.
•Coordinating design workshops with project architects and other consultants.
•Assisting in the management of lighting design across all project stages.
To be considered, you must have:
•A minimum of 3 years' experience in projects’ design coordination.
•A strong working knowledge of Lighting Design.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently.
•The ability to multitask and a keen eye for details.
•Familiarity with industry standards and guidelines for best practices.
•Technical knowledge of luminaires, accessories, and lighting controls.
•Proficiency in design and presentation software such as CAD, Adobe, and the Office suite.
•Knowledge in BIM.
•The ability to define and follow processes.
•Self-motivation and a collaborative mindset as a team player.
•Strong problem-solving skills to analyze lighting challenges and propose effective solutions.
•Project management skills with a focus on time and task management to meet strict deadlines.
•Professionalism and Organization: Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines. Demonstrated professionalism and a strong work ethic.
•A passion for staying updated with industry trends, new lighting technologies, and advancements. •Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving practices.
•Preference will be given to candidates that are ready to join and in UAE.
