Hiring Project Coordinator
Location: Dubai
Industry: Interior Fit-Out
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various project activities within an organization. They will assist with project planning, scheduling, and monitoring, and ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning and scheduling activities. Coordinate project resources, tasks, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables. Identify and escalate project risks and issues.
- Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Ensure project documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle Approvals, should have connections with government authorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination for fit out and interior design industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Experience in fit-out and Interior design industry (3-5 years).
- Strong attention to detail and client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting joinery plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Fluent English and Arabic speaker with strong communication skills (written and verbal) – or additional languages a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a ‘can-do attitude.
- Should be available in UAE to join immediately.
