Hiring Project Manager (Arabic – English Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including goals, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust project plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, managing their expectations effectively.
- Address stakeholder feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, if applicable.
Risk Management:
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement contingency plans as needed.
- Proactively address issues and resolve conflicts within the project team.
Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to evaluate project deliverables against established standards.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and make necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and meeting minutes.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze project outcomes and performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process enhancements and best practices to optimize project management methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and project management tools to enhance project delivery processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Proven experience managing complex projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
