Project Manager

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage and lead turnkey solutions involving design, implementation, and approval processes for comprehensive fire protection systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead the team to ensure the successful and timely completion of turnkey projects.

2. Familiarity with firefighting guidelines and experience obtaining approvals from JAFZA, Trakhees, EHS, DCD, DM, and other regulatory bodies.

3. Lead the submission of firefighting drawings for approval from JAFZA, Trakhees, EHS, DCD, DM, and other relevant authorities.

4. Familiarity with Dubai Civil Defense and Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority regulations.

5. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely approvals and adherence to safety standards.

6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JAFZA firefighting guidelines and other relevant regulations.

7. Strong knowledge of addressable heat and smoke detectors, emergency lighting, sprinkler systems, and foam systems.

8. Excellent communication and project management skills.

9. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

10. Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

11. Proven experience in designing and implementing fire protection systems for industrial facilities.

12. Conduct thorough assessments of the existing fire protection systems and propose necessary upgrades.

13. Upgrade the existing firefighting system, including the installation of sprinklers, pipe works, and smoke detectors.

14. Provide technical expertise and guidance on fire protection measures during the project lifecycle.
