Role Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing projects within the allotted timeline and budget. This role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: develop and define project goals, scope, timeline, and budget estimates.
- Quotations: prepare accurate and competitive quotations that reflect the
- Project’s complexity, materials required, labor costs, and any additional services.
- Team Management: lead and coordinate project staff to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Budget Management: monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Scheduling: oversee the construction work and monitor project progress continuously with detailed scheduled reports.
- Communication: keep all parties informed about project progress, changes, and any issues that may impact the project timeline or budget.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a project lifecycle.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Ability to extract quantities and measurements from shop drawings.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- UAE Driving License is required.
