Hiring Project Manager – IT Managed Services
Location- On-Site, hashtag#Dubai
Employment: 12 months Contract (extendable depends on business requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing Business Applications Support to Group entities, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements, Policies and Procedures, managing the transition of digital solutions to the Application Support framework and supporting the onboarding of group entities.
- Leading and driving Solutions for Managed Services Deals, primarily focused on Managed Services for IT Infrastructure and Staff Augmentation
- Leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and implement best practices.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization within IT operations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT teams, business units, to address operational requirements and service delivery issues.
- Implementing automation and optimization strategies to improve operational performance and reduce manual effort.
- Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on IT operations performance, incident resolution, and service request fulfillment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis
- Process and Framework Management
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
- Monitoring and managing SLAs for IT operations support, ensuring that service delivery meets agreed-upon performance targets and quality standards.
- Leading and assisting in the development of IT Infrastructure managed services including IT Operations, IT Service management, Data Center Management, Network Operations, End User Support and customer management.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience Required:
- Proven work experience of minimum 6-7 years as a Project Manager or similar role
