Project Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with more than 18 years of experience to oversee the project management aspects of our PMC (Project Management Consultancy) services. This role will be focused on a Design & Build Contract for a large residential building complex within Abu Dhabi

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture, or a related field.

Experience& Skills

• Minimum of 18 years of experience in project management with reputed consultants and PMCs.
• Experience in Design and Built projects is a must.
• Strong technical and design knowledge.
• Knowledge of local authority requirements of Abu Dhabi
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
