Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion. Strong architectural knowledge and procurement expertise are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee all project activities, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Effective change management strategies.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Manage project finances, including invoicing, payments, and cost control.
- Prepare and submit project reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- PMP certification preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong architectural knowledge and understanding of design principles.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Fluency in English and Turkish.
