Qualifications & Experience:
✅ Valid UAE Driving License
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Civil or related field
✅ 10+ years of experience in construction & fit-out projects (UAE-based)
✅ Expertise in managing projects from inception to completion
✅ In-depth knowledge of UAE construction & fit-out regulations
✅ Proficiency in project management tools/software
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
