Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute joinery and fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon schedules.
• Oversee site operations to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular project reviews, monitor progress, and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports, is up-to-date and accurate.
• Manage procurement of materials and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Lead project teams, providing clear guidance and fostering collaboration.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid disruptions.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience managing joinery and fit-out projects in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of joinery production, fit-out execution, and relevant materials.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the joinery or fit-out industry.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations, standards, and market practices.
