Role Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager who excels in overseeing both people and projects across marketing, production, web, and PR. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, assigning and supervising tasks, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for conducting orientation meetings for team members and new hires. Furthermore, you will work closely with the finance team to manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring seamless operations within the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects in marketing, production, social media, and web departments.
• Use project management tools (Click Up, Google Workspace) to assign, track, and ensure timely task completion.
• Perform quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations.
• Streamline workflow and organize workspace processes to optimize team productivity.
• Ensure alignment of project goals and timelines across teams.
• Conduct orientation meetings for new joiners and manage team relationships.
• Recruit and manage a diverse team of creative talents (designers, content creators, production teams).
• Foster positive relationships within the team to maintain collaboration and performance.
• Manage team dynamics, ensuring talent aligns with project requirements.
• Work closely with the finance department to manage project openings, closures, and budget requirements.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in project and talent management, particularly in marketing, production, web, and PR.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as ClickUp and Google Workspace.
• Experience in conducting orientation and onboarding for new team members.
• Extensive background and proven expertise in digital agencies.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to manage both people and projects effectively, ensuring teams meet goals and deadlines.
