Description:
Hiring Project Manager who has experience in interior fit-out and joinery works.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination and control of projects from inception to completion
- Develop the project budget and manage expenditure to achieve completion within budget.
- Provide timely regular reporting on project progress, cost, key risks and decisions required.
- Managing projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.
- Plan and organize the execution teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other resources required for the project and coordinate between the design and execution teams to ensure that work is being carried out as per the design documents, specifications, etc.
- Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers.
- Checking of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site and approval of Completion Certificates.
- Quality control of work done at site.
- Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce
Qualifications:
- 4 – 7 years’ experience within UAE
- Must be able to join immediately
- 5 years in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
