Project Manager Civil

Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager with the below requirements.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Preferable to have experience in luxury villas and hotels.

· Supervise the project team.

· Do the presentations and negotiation with the client directly.

· Monitor the project progress and achieve the target deadline.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Take necessary Cost controls.

· Ensure client satisfaction.

· Good experience in claim variations, and preparing progress reports.

· Managing and coordinating with the subcontractors and suppliers.

· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

· Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural, interior designing, or Civil Engineering.

· Minimum 7 years in FITOUT company Is a Must.

· Excellent Communication skills.

· Very good in Excel.

· Experience in AutoCAD, Primavera etc.
