Project Manager – Real Estate Development

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee real estate development projects from concept to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile projects and work with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
🔹 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
🔹 Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
🔹 Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
🔹 Oversee budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial goals are met.
🔹 Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
🔹 Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. (Master’s or PMP certification is a plus)
🔹 4-5 years of project management experience in real estate development or construction.
🔹 Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
🔹 Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
