Hiring Project Sales Manager – Ceramic & Porcelain

As Project Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales activities and growth initiatives focused on key segments like Tiles & Surfaces, with a main focus on contractors, end-users and consultants in the UAE.

The Project Sales Manager will positively impact Tiles & Surfaces sales volume, margin, project completion, and customer satisfaction by doing the following:

Build relationships with clients and proactively communicate throughout the project

Perform an in-home visit with the general contractor to collect project specifications and detailed measurements

Collaborate with store associates to develop comprehensive ceramic and porcelain designs & quotes

Perform job site reviews during the project installation phase

Requirements:

• Industry experience of 5-7 years – Product-specific knowledge relating to Ceramic, Porcelain, Tiles
• Strong presentation and communication skills with a proven track record working as a collaborative team player
• Must have UAE driving license to travel to the sales call/job site, and to/from the store
• Languages: Arabic and English
