Project Supervisor required
Moon kids is looking for an amazingly talented Project Supervisor to join our team. In this role you will get to manage a site team and coordinate with management to ensure the smooth running of projects
What you will be doing:
- Leading and managing the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Providing direction and guidance to project team members and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Following project plans, schedules and budgets in collaboration with project team members.
- Coordinating project activities with other departments or stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to senior management or stakeholders.
- Managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensuring quality standards are met and that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and recommending changes to improve project delivery.
- Resolving conflicts within the project team and escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Overall, the role of a project supervisor involves overseeing project activities and ensuring that project goals are met in a timely and effective manner.
Required skills needed:
- Experience in 5 years Construction field /Fit out.
- Experience in supervision and maintenance.
- Good communication skills
- UAE driving License
- to be based in Dubai
Desired Skills needed:
- Arabic language will be a bonus
- Previous experience in installation and manufacturing is a plus.
