Project Support Coordinator

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
  • Liaise with Project Manager & PE to order materials from HQ (Germany) and manage third-party suppliers.
  • Create project documentation, including method statements, O&M manuals, technical submittals, and presentations.
  • Ensure timely delivery schedules by following up with logistics teams.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for PTW documents and passes for projects.
  • Update PM & PE on PO creations and support in organizing meetings and resource allocation.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and correspondence.
  • Contribute to process improvements for project efficiency.
  • Track initiated orders and coordinate with the India team for PO releases.
  • Handle support inquiries from site engineers and manage monthly timesheets with HR companies.

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project documentation and AutoCAD.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of logistics and procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
