Project Support Coordinator

Description:

We are Door Hardware (Ironmongery) trading company serving UAE Market since 2001, based in Dubai, Business Bay, focusing on Project Sale. We are looking for a Project Coordinator MUST HAVE Knowledge of Doors and Door Hardware (Ironmongery) - EN and ANSI Specs

Responsibilities

1- Coordinating with SALES Team for Quotations, Sample, Arranging Deliveries to customers and other related tasks

2- Coordinating with Warehouse Team for Outbounds

3- Maintaining Complete Track of STOCKS

4- Coordinating with Logistic Companies for Inbound Shipments

5- Following up for overseas shipments and maintaining records for all overseas material

Qualifications

1- Graduate Preferably in Civil Engineering

2- Knowledge of AUTOCAD

3- Knowledge of Doors and Hardware is MUST

4- Good Communication and Organizational Skills
