✅ Project Management & Execution – Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful completion.

✅ Consultant Coordination & Documentation – Manage approvals, permits, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

✅ Site & Labor Supervision – Effectively control multiple construction sites, optimize workforce productivity, and maintain high performance.

✅ Regulatory Compliance – Expert knowledge of procedures with Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, DDA, Trakhees, and other authorities.

✅ Company Growth & Optimization – Implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement.
