Description:
The Property Advisor plays a crucial role in our success, serving as our clients' first point of contact. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, market insight, and client needs. You will guide clients through buying, selling, or renting, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience. Your expertise in the Dubai real estate market will help clients make informed decisions, turning their property dreams into reality.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Present and sell real estate properties to prospective buyers and renters.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property listings, and regulatory changes.
- Provide clients with comprehensive information on properties, including tours, pricing, and market comparisons.
- Negotiate property sales and rentals, ensuring favorable terms to both clients and the company.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, industry contacts, and property professionals.
- Prepare and process documentation related to property transactions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
- Offer exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Advisor, Real Estate Agent, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and property law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
- RERA certification is preferred.
