Desired Candidate Profile:
• Candidates from Real Estate, Banking, Sales fields are welcome (atleast 1 year experience)
• Ability to work with COMMISSION BASIS and TARGETS
• Highly Motivated with Strong business sense and passion to work in the Real Estate Industry.
• Excellent Time- Management and organization skills.
• UAE Driving license is a plus
• Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Past experience in any CRM tool is a big plus
Responsibilities:
• Prepare a daily action plan and set regular targets.
• Generate new property listings via networking, site visits, and regular meetings and cold calls. Schedule property viewings with potential clients and take notes on client requirements and follow up.
• Follow proper documentation on all transactions and ensure full compliance with RERA Laws and Regulations & Company Policies.
• Understand client requirements and present several options to buyers/tenants for their property search to shortlist properties and finalize the deal.
• Provide honest feedback to clients and promote ethics and integrity on all transactions.
