Property Consultant

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated Property Consultant for our Off Plan and Secondary Market teams.

Responsibilities

• Strict commitment to the daily sales activities assigned by the Head of Sales.

• Respond to assigned leads immediately upon receiving them.

• Generating referrals from existing leads and clients.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to reach targets within the agreed time frame.

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Dubai Real Estate Brokerage experience for a minimum of 1-4 years.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• English is compulsory, and Arabic is a plus.

• Strong Negotiation skills.

• Presentable & trustworthy.
