Role;

As a Property Consultant with us, you will play a crucial role in simplifying the property-buying process for our clients. By leveraging your communication skills, you will understand their preferences deeply and provide personalized property options and investment opportunities.

In addition, you will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies and generating leads through activation stands, allowing you to showcase your marketing skills and reach a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide clients with detailed information about available properties, including property specifications, pricing, and availability.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Prepare and present offers to clients, negotiating terms and conditions on their behalf.
4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
5. Attend property viewings and inspections, providing clients with insightful advice and guidance.
6. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's services and properties.
7. Work collaboratively with the sales managers and marketing team to meet individual targets.
8. Ensure that all documentation related to property transactions is accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Property Consultant or a similar role.
2. Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and relevant laws and regulations.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. A valid UAE driving license and a car are preferred.
