Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new clients through various channels, such as networking events, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses to potential buyers and tenants.
• Prepare and present offers to clients, negotiate contracts and manage the closing process.
• Stay up to date with the local real estate market, including property values and industry trends.
• Manage client relationships, including maintaining regular communication and providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure smooth transactions.
