As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their property needs, and assisting them throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and showcase the features and benefits of available properties.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the real estate market and property trends.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Familiarity with local property market trends and regulations.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid real estate license or certification (if applicable).
