Starling Properties is an exciting boutique real estate company based in Dubai- UAE, and we're seeking skilled and highly driven Property Consultants to join our experienced and multinational team. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work independently and smartly, while also bringing your entrepreneurial spirit to the table.

We offer a Commission-based ONLY salary structure, where you can earn up to 70% commission which is paid the next day, and unlimited marketing resources such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle. You'll also have access to your own videographer and photographer for all listings, as well as employment visa and medical insurance.

As a Property Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

· Providing expert advice to clients on buying, selling, or renting properties, analyzing the local real estate market, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.

· You'll need to have a deep understanding of the market, including property trends, legal requirements, and financing options, and be able to create attractive property listings that highlight the unique features of each property.

In addition, you'll be expected to:

· Achieve assigned revenue targets, source and increase the inventory stock of units, generate leads by active networking and relationship building, and ensure good professional relationships with owners, developers, and clients.

· You'll also need to be responsive, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service to ensure that clients have a positive experience.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

· Minimum of 3 months of Sales or Real Estate experience in the UAE, and be fluent in English. If you can communicate in other languages, it's an added advantage.

· Above all, we're looking for someone who is passionate about the real estate industry, who is a skilled negotiator, and who has a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
